Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once an order has been processed.
Due to the nature of gardening items (such as seeds, soil, compost, grow bags, tools, etc.), returns are not possible for hygiene, quality, and safety reasons.


2. No Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed and processed, no refunds will be issued.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

Although we do not offer returns or refunds, we do assist customers if there is an issue caused by us.

You are eligible for support only in the following situations:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The product arrived damaged during transit

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or store credit), depending on availability.
