1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped 7 days a week.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next day.
We do not stop order processing on Sundays or holidays unless there is a courier/logistics restriction.
2. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped through Shiprocket, which automatically assigns the best available courier such as:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Xpressbees
- Bluedart
- Shadowfax
…and more.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delays may occur due to weather, courier load, holidays, or operational issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or minimum order values.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link
- Courier name
- AWB tracking number
You can track your order anytime through the Shiprocket tracking page.
6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Delivery issues may occur if:
- Address is incomplete or incorrect
- Customer is not available
- Phone number is unreachable
If the parcel returns to us (RTO), additional re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking the order as undeliverable.
8. Damaged or Tampered Package
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered:
- Take clear photos/videos
- Do not accept the delivery
- Contact us within 24 hours

Address can be changed only before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
